RegardAlert surfaces market news, filings, and data signals for your information. Nothing in the app or on this site is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and alerts can fire late or not at all. Do your own research before making investment decisions, and do not rely on RegardAlert as your sole source for any trading decision.

Beta software

RegardAlert is in beta. Features may change or be removed, the service may be interrupted, and data may be reset. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

Your account

You need a working email address you control to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits, or interference with other users.

Acceptable use

RegardAlert is for your personal use. Do not redistribute, resell, or systematically collect the data or content the service provides.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegardAlert is not liable for any losses, including trading losses, arising from your use of the service.
